Mr. Assargiotakis has worked for many years in restaurants in Greece and abroad.
From his long career, his professional "stops" at the 5-star luxury hotel Adare Manor in Ireland with a Michelin star stand out. He has also worked in British restaurants, mainly in London, with Michelin stars.
In Mykonos, as executive chef, he was responsible for creating dinner menus, as well as breakfast and a la carte menus in five-star small luxury hotels.
But his love for his homeland brings him back to Crete, where in recent years he has created Asian cuisine menus based on sushi for various restaurants and hotels.
Today, he works at Castello Infinity, where he is in charge of breakfasts, the all day menu and of course the gastronomic degustation menu. His goal is for the restaurant's guests to have unique dining experiences and create unique memories through his dishes.
